What are the current corona rules?
From September 25th, it is mandatory to show a coronapass when you want to sit down in the restaurant or for breakfast. This is not neccesary for an overnight stay (without breakfast) or for the terrace of the restaurant. The terrace is open for lunch and dinner (not for breakfast). We thank you for your comprehension.

Where can I park?
Stadshotel Heerlen is situated in the carfree centre of Heerlen. You can park your car in the following 2 public parking garages, situated at max. 250m walking distance from the hotel.

Q-park Raadhuisparking (Uilestraat 4): Maximum daily rate €15,-.
Q-park Putgraaf (Putgraaf 1D): Maximum daily rate €12,-.

What time is breakfast?
Monday to Friday : 07.00 – 10.00 hrs.
Saturday and Sunday : 08.00 – 10.30 hrs.

What time can I check in and out?
Check-in from 15.00 – 21.00 hours
Check-out from 7.30 – 11.00 hours

What are the cancellation conditions?
It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. After this period, 100% of the booking amount for the first night will be charged. Different cancellation conditions may apply for group bookings.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.

Is there Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available.
